Transparency update

As you know I like anything with stats. Having my morning coffee, I just realized that we were at the half year mark today. I see as a good opportunity to do a little Transparency summary this morning.

I’m now focused on developing two projects, so basically two businesses. Transparency Business and Transparency Wellness, but I’ll call them TB and TW to not have to spell them out every time. At first, I was not separating the two entities, even though to date it’s only been Transparency Business that made any money.

History (2018)

Starting working with coach NP, who’s been following me since the beginning and has had great advice to this day. Probably one of my best business decisions of 2018.

Officially created May 2018 but had been working with Rocketer since January 2018

Stopped working with Rocketer (only client) November 2018

Did a Meditation Guru training program with Surrendipity

January 2019 to July 2019

Move to Aix en Provence

TB had the first potential client in Vertical Bat for some franco-anglo business consulting, which is really what I want to focus on for the Business side of things. Vertical Bat is trying to get some business with an anglo-speaking company, but is very bad at speaking the language. Perfect target. 

Did 3 MOOCs (with certification): Yale: Science of Well-Being, Leiden: De-mystifying mindfulness, Michigan: HTML5

TW found a first home to do meditation sessions once a week in a cabinet osteo, but no clients yet.

TB met a very nice restaurant in La Ciotat (authentic mexican), and I might write a business plan for him to open up a place in Aix. Definitely my most exciting potential project, but a lot needs to happen before the ball gets rolling.

Projections & Goals

I’ll start teaching at AMU September 2019 (it’s not TB or TW, but it’ll bring a little cash)

TB to get some business for Natexo

TW to get some customers at StilZen or elsewhere

Facebook Ads will start bringing some TW or even TB (franco-anglo) clients

Need to lauch my Youtube page with my meditations

Thinking of launching my podcast because it would be fun!

… who am I kidding? I just want to open up Pueblo in Aix en Provence and invite all of you to come down to Aix and try it out!

Bah oui... bah non...

Toki s'est mis à répondre à toutes les questions qu'on lui pose en disant "bah oui" ou "bah non". Je trouve ça passablement énervant. Je pensais que ça venait de sa consommation immodérée de "C'est pas sorcier" mais... Progressivement, je me suis rendu compte qu'il avait pris ce tic de langage de son père, ce modèle de vertu qui lui sert de boussole dans la vie (aka moi).
Je vous encourage à me soutenir dans mon effort pour cesser cette façon agaçante de s'exprimer et me faisant remarquer régulièrement à quel point c'est fomble de parler ainsi. C'est l'équivalent Baujardesque de "St-Laz" ou "tu viens au dèje" qui sont à la langue française ce que Robert est à la propreté. C'est dire la honte qui me submerge.

PS: Question GP pour Bob & Lobster. Bon alors la pénalité de 5 secondes sur Vettel ce weekend. Meritée ou pas? Je connais pas trop les règles mais rien que le fait de couper par l'herbe (intentionnel ou non) ca devrait être pénalisable non? PPS: A propos de pénalité le CPSAV s'en est prise une belle Vendredi.
