Visite éclair de ma petite sœur ce weekend, trois ours à Amsterdam bien cool.
Elle habite juste à coté du Yellow Mellow (assuming only Ted will know where that is), hyper bien situé, et a deux pas du quartier hip.
On a visité des musées, le nouveau musée est vraiment dingue (c'est autant une pièce d'art que les pièces d'arts qu'il contient) après dix ans de rénovation.
Niveau bouffe, même quand tu habites Dam c'est un peu la misère pour trouver un bon restaurant.
un bon plan - un restaurant ou pour 30€ on t'apporte pleins de petits plats, hyper bonne ambiance, je vous le recommande.
sinon les petits m'ont emmené voir un match de football inférieur, c'était sympa.
je retournerai voir ma sœur tout les deux mois je pense, en m'y prenant à l'avance le voyage ne m'a pas coûté si cher que ça.
Zéro, c'est fini la zappance.

Yes, of course I know the Mellow Yellow, it's a coffee-staple in Dam. But I've never been because there's a Barney's 2 minutes away :P . I know it has a great rep though.
Totally agree on the Rijks, I'm pretty sure I had a pretty good CR on it too when I went ;-) The restoration they did is so nice and the Dutch masterpieces in there are insane.
But I do disagree on the food though, we found tons of good place, but's not dutch that's for sure. It's mexican, ethiopian, middle eastern, hipster (yes hipster is a type of restaurant now, i've decided) or whatever but not dutch. We have tons of regular places we go to now over there.
Seeing a D2 soccer game must've been pretty awesome. I've never seen that. I compare it to once when I went to see a Minor League baseball game and the ambiance was totally different than a big league game.

RépondreSupprimerDeute my food comment was specifically tailored to the absence of dutch food - although we found an excellent 'mama's kitchen" style dutch place that I strongly recommend - Moeders (you must reserve however). but I hear you on the rest, some great "world cuisine".
oh and my "inferior soccer" comment was just a reference to the fact it WASN'T a PSG match, he he.
I watched Ajax destroy some random team (Excelsior or some great name like that) 3-0 amidst spitting lama chants and general blondness and beers. good times.

Samedi je sais pas encore ce que je fous dans la journée (ambiance rugby jouable) mais le soir ya concert de Buffallo Cotton à 20hdans un bar à Montparnasse. Zero!
